Vallourec Canada supplies a full range of seamless casing and tubing, as well as VAM® premium, semi premium and API connections. Vallourec Canada is an industry leader, specializing in technical solutions for conventional, shale, thermals and offshore tubulars. Vallourec OCTG Product Line
Vallourec Canada can supply OCTG casing in diameters from 2 3/8 – 18 5/8 (60mm-473mm) in API and proprietary grades. For a list of common sizes and weights please refer to our casing and tubing chart below.
Premium Connections
Vallourec Canada premium threading facilities are located in Nisku, Alberta and St. John’s, Newfoundland. Both locations are capable of full length threading, coupling manufacturing and offer accessories. Vallourec operates three premium connection line of products; VAM®, Atlas Bradford®, and NS Connections.
Our customers rely on our VAM® Field Service and Technical Support to provide 100% VAM® quality, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.

Vacuum Insulated tubing (VIT)
Vallourec Tube-Alloy has supplied Canada with THERMOCASE®, also known as Vacuum Insulated Tubing (VIT), for over 10 years and pioneered the use of VIT in SAGD (SEO) market in North America. VIT for thermal application is a very technical solution: Our Canadian Technical Sales representatives are at your disposal to propose options that best fit your requirements. Vallourec Canada also supplies VIT to the Canadian offshore market on the east coast of Canada.

Vallourec is the world leader in premium tubular solutions primarily serving the energy markets and the only supplier in the world to offer the full range of pipe and tubes required by Power Plants. We operate seamless tube and pipe mills in Europe, Brazil, China, and offer the largest range of dimensions from ½” NPS up to 59″ OD.
Since 2000 Vallourec has delivered more than 1.5 million tons of tubular products for the Power Generation market like headers, mains stream piping, piping components, water-wall panels, boiler and rifle tubing.
Our Vallourec research centers located in France and Germany are dedicated to the research and development of new grades for advanced Power Generation applications.
Our newest source in Korea is producing seamless expanded pipes from 16″ to 30″ outside diameter with walls ranging from 0.315″ to average wall. The hollows are supplied from our German mill.

Vallourec’s Industry Division is a leader in seamless hot rolled steel tubular products and solutions for industrial applications. State-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Europe, Brazil and China produce top quality carbon and alloy steel tubes and pipe. We offer solutions for mining applications, agricultural machinery, hydraulic cylinders and accumulators, cranes, automotive and general purpose mechanical engineering. Other applications include offshore such as jack up rigs, or civil construction projects for stadiums and bridges.
We offer the most extensive size range and steel grade selection for round, square, and rectangular hot rolled seamless steel products. We also provide cold drawn products for selected applications such as engine guards and hydraulic cylinders. Our products are manufactured to American and European standards, grades, and sizes and our small lot sizes and flexibility are unique in the market.
In Canada, our sales teams in Burlington and Calgary provide options and support throughout your project with Vallourec’s industry Technology Department in Europe.
